Inventory
Register every VPS and backup node in one place: hostname, IP, SSH port, and notes. See which nodes are ready for backup and restore at a glance. Install or verify the backup agent from the dashboard so new nodes are ready quickly.
Backup jobs
Define what gets backed up, where, and how often. Each job ties a source VPS to a backup node, with a schedule (cron) and method (e.g. rsync for sites, mail, and CyberPanel metadata). Run any job on demand—dry run to preview, or live to back up now. Enable or disable jobs without deleting them.
Backup runs
Every backup execution is recorded: when it ran, whether it succeeded or failed, and a message or log snippet. List and filter runs by result, open details for logs, and remove old runs to keep history manageable. Full audit trail so you always know the last good backup.
Restore jobs
Define restore flows: which backup node and path, which target VPS. Run a dry run to see what would happen, or run a live restore. Use full sync when you need the target to mirror the backup exactly—ideal for migrations or rebuilding a server from backup.
Restore runs & cleanup
Every restore is logged like backups. View restore run history, filter by result, inspect details, and run cleanup to remove old restore runs. Optional retention keeps the database and lists tidy while preserving recent history.
Health
The Health view surfaces backup jobs that need attention: no successful run in 24 hours or last run failed. Sort by last run or status to prioritize what to fix. One screen to ensure critical backups are healthy.
Settings & users
Configure the cron command (or URL trigger) for scheduled backups, manage admin users and passwords, run database migrations after upgrades, and jump straight to Backup health. All system and security settings in one place.
